Printmaking since 1994, having begun as a WSA student. Exhibits regularly through WSA and the Central Print Council. Her intaglio classes include etching and drypoint techniques and are suitable for beginners and experienced printmakers. She can teach you to make prints even if you think you can't draw!

KAREN PRALL
(BA honors in Fine Art Painting, Chelsea College/University of Arts, London)Originally from London, now a Waikato artist who is gradually getting back to making work and exhibiting after taking time off to look after her three young boys. Currently this year she's exhibited in local shows such as "Hot off the Press", Compendium Gallery, Auckland, and was a finalist in the New Zealand Painting and Printmaking Award 2009. Internationally she was part of a large public show "The Pillars of Art Exhibition" in Berlin Germany and a group show in Melbourne. Her work is held by small private collectors in countries including Denmark, South Africa, UK, NZ and has worked as a hobby therapist/ tutor for a variety institutions.

PETER FAULKNER
Born and raised in Africa. Went to college and taught in primary schools in England. Learned to pot and paint and create -- a never-ending process. Moved to NZ in 1994 and set up SPLASHY pottery and ceramics business. Now he is exploring different areas of creativity including drawing, painting and glass sculpture.
